Buying a house is stressful. My wife and I were buying into a completely crazy market, with houses popping on and offline within 24 hours. Under normal circumstances, this could have taken months. Fortunately, we partnered with JT, and he did an incredible job. Any time we wanted to see a house, JT made it happen that very day. He helped us write the type of contract that would be accepted by a seller, as every house we saw went a multiple-offer situation. He also hooked us up with the best lender in town. Amazing experience from the moment we first met JT - until we closed and had the money in our account! He educated us well and because of his expert guidance - we had nearly 40 showings and 10 offers...ended up getting $14K above asking price!
